We are actively looking for an Audiologist to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with a generous overall compensation plan, good benefits, and room for professional and personal growth. We have proven business systems and processes to ensure the right person with the right attitude can fast track their career as an Audiologist.

In addition to their professional responsibilities, the Audiologist will be part of a team engaging in marketing outreach and growing positive relationships with colleagues, vendors, fellow healthcare practitioners, and community organizations.

Our Clinic and Services

  • 2 locations in Roseburg and Florence, Oregon
  • 2 doctors of Audiology and 5 support staff
  • Adult hearing evaluations
  • Tinnitus treatment
  • Hearing aid recommendations and fittings verified with REM
  • Hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings
  • Cerumen management
  • Custom hearing protection

Qualifications:

  • Au.D or Master’s Degree in Audiology
  • Current Oregon Audiology License in good standing (or the ability to acquire one by the time of employment)
  • Ability to travel to training and industry conferences (2-3 days once or twice per year, may include weekends)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
  • The ability to work and contribute to a team environment
  • The ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Strong compassion, care, and respect for patients
  • A strong desire to succeed and learn

Qualifications:

  • $5000 sign-on bonus
