This is my first experience with hearing aids. Dr. Scott explained to me the differences in the types of hearing aids very thoroughly. I picked the mid-range ones and picked them up today. Dr. Scott went over the ins and outs of them very well. He programmed them to work together the best — I can tell. We might have to adjust them more later but it is a whole new world for me as I have only been wearing them for about 2 hours. I am hearing things I haven't for a long time. Thank you very much to Dr. Scott, their receptionist, and Roseburg Audiology Center. Everyone that is considering hearing aids: this is a local business and they do a great job. Also, they have a good support program.

The doctor I saw, Dr. Anderson, was great. Made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything before it happened. After the exam was over, he explained the results and what they meant. Then he went over all of the available options but did not pressure me to make a decision.
I am 71 and have been wearing hearing aids since I was 22. I have never heard better than I do right now. I have very little hearing left. I love this business and everyone who works there. They are honest and forthright. I trust them in every aspect of my hearing loss. I recommend them a 100%.
